It's been a long time since prefab housing units were used just in the construction industry. Current manufacturing technology allows them to be used in very versatile ways. Thanks to their variability, they can be arranged into systems of unlimited dimensions - and of limitless possibilities - that meet all European standards. All materials used are certified according to the strict norms applicable in each country.

Technical description of a standard unit

Frame construction

Frame:

Welded steel design of sectional bar and 3-5 mm folded sheet steel,freestanding, covered with rust-inhibiting primer and a surface coat of polyurethane paint, in your choice of RAL colours; 8 ISO container corners for handling. Stackable in twos, according to stress analysis.

Floor structure

Subfloor:

0.5 mm zinc-coated profiled sheet riveted to the floor's cross support.

Insulation:

Insulation wool, flammability class A1, per EN 13 162.

Vapour block:

0.2 mm vapour block - polyethylene sheet.

Floor:

22 mm V20 particle board, E1 formaldehyde free, per EN 309, bolted to the steel floor support, joints filled and sanded, underlain with U-profile.

Floor covering:

1.5 mm PVC floor covering, laid in strips that are glued to the entire floor surface, fused joints, colour is mixed grey. The joints between the floor and walls are clad with baseboards approx. 60 mm high, white or grey.

           Permitted floor load: 250 kg/m2 ... higher load limits available per customer request

Outer wall structure

Sheathing:

0.55 mm zinc-coated profiled sheet, painted in your choice of RAL colours, depth of trapezoidal wave 10 mm, riveted to zinc-coated U-profile of the wall structure, which is screwed to the steel frame.

Insulation:

Insulation padding, flammability class A1, according to EN 13 162.

Vapour block:

0.2 mm vapour block - polyethylene sheet.

Ventilated through slots in the outside walls, on the outer side sheet metal with stamped vents, on the interior side a plastic grille with insect screen. Slots cleaned through PVC tubing an average of 100 mm in diameter.

Insulation

Floor:

insulation wool 80 mm thick, U = 0.632 (W/m2k)

Walls:

insulation wool 60 mm thick, U = 0.667 (W/m2k)

Ceiling:

insulation wool 80 mm thick, U = 0.522 (W/m2k)

Roof structure

Profiled sheet:

0.75 mm zinc-coated profiled sheet, depth of trapezoidal sheet 35 mm, ventilated, screwed to ceiling structure.

Insulation:

Insulation wool, flammability class A1, per EN 13 162.

Vapour block:

0.2 mm vapour block - polyethylene sheet.

     Permitted roof load: 150 kg/m2 - higher load limits available per customer request

Roof drainage is handled by plastic downspouts an average of 60 mm in diameter, placed in all corner pillars, which are routed from the unit's collection pipes.

Interior panelling

Ceiling:

10 mm two-side laminated particle board, per EN 143 22, washable, formaldehyde free, white or pale oak colour, riveted to ceiling structure. The rivet heads are equipped with plastic covers in the same colour as the particle board. All joints, including the corners, are fitted with special plastic mouldings.

Walls:

10 mm two-side laminated particle board, per EN 143 22, washable, formaldehyde free, white or pale oak colour, riveted to wall structure. The rivet heads are equipped with plastic covers in the same colour as the particle board. All joints, including the corners, are fitted with special plastic mouldings.

Interior equipment

Windows:

white plastic, Thyssen profiles, glass k = 1.1, plastic blinds.

Doors:

ZK 875/2000 doors. The door wing structure is formed by two steel bodies stamped from zinc-coated sheet steel 0.6 mm thick. The filling for the door wing is paper honeycomb. Wood supports at the hinge and lock areas, forged door handle, door handle painted on both sides in RAL colours of your choice.

Electrical installation:

Outdoor sockets for connecting the unit to CEE 380/32A, illuminated by fluorescent lighting 1 x 36W with cover, controlled by circuit breaker, 230 V sockets, distribution box with an appropriate number of circuit breakers and surge protectors, wiring and overall design according to the norms of the country of delivery.
